One-to-One Therapy

 

One-to-one therapy offers a personalised and steady space to explore the deeper roots of anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or a sense of disconnection. Together, we work at your pace to understand emotional patterns, develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and create lasting internal change. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include somatic awareness, narrative work, and trauma-informed rescripting.

Eating Disorders & Addictive Patterns

When food, substances, or compulsive behaviours become ways to manage emotional pain, it can feel difficult to break free without understanding what lies beneath. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to uncovering the emotional roots of eating struggles and addictive patterns. Together, we explore the feelings behind the behaviours, release shame, and begin to rebuild self-trust.

Therapy for Young People

I offer trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, exam stress, self-harm, eating disorders, or low self-esteem. Sessions provide a calm, supportive space to explore difficult feelings, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier ways of coping. My approach is relational and non-judgmental, helping young people feel seen, understood, and better able to navigate the pressures of growing up in today’s world.

Working with Complex Trauma / The Reself Method

 

Living with complex trauma often means carrying emotional experiences that were never fully understood, named, or supported. You may find yourself caught in familiar patterns — overwhelm, shame, emotional numbness, or a deep sense of disconnection from yourself or others.

The Reself Method is the approach that I have created to support clients navigating complex trauma and CPTSD. It is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative, designed to help you explore what shaped you, reconnect with what feels lost, and begin to build emotional steadiness from the inside out.

The Reself Group Programme

It is a 12-week therapist-led group designed for adults who want to explore emotional patterns and deepen their connection to themselves. In a small, closed group setting, we work with themes such as boundaries, abandonment, identity, and self-worth. Group sessions offer a structured yet supportive space for reflection, gentle sharing, and personal growth.
